Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
A: After a placed and paid order we always ship within 24 hours (counting workdays). If you like to change the order or even regret the order, please let us know as soon as possible via firstname.lastname@example.org
Q: How do I return a product?
A: As a customer you always have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days from the date you received it. Always contact our customer service before you like to return a product and we will help you. We offer free shipping and free returns. Email us at email@example.com.
Q: Why did I not receive my order confirmation?
A: After a placed and paid order there will always be an order confirmation sent to your e-mail. If you did not receive the confirmation it may be because you entered an incorrect e-mail address in the form, or that the order was cancelled. Always contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org if you haven’t received an order confirmation. Some email-clients think these emails are spam, so please check your spam-inbox before contacting us.
Q: Does the prices include VAT?
A: All prices on our website includes Swedish VAT (25% added) within EU.
Q: What payment methods are available?
A: Payments methods are depending on where you are located. We always recommend our customers to pay fast and safe via PayPal (either with or without an account with credit card), or credit card payment via Stripe. We only work with the large payment methods to ensure your safety online.
Q: What does 3 ATM means?
A: All our watches are 3 ATM waterproof. This means that they are suitable for everyday use but we always recommend you to avoid getting the watch in contact with water or rain. Some wristbands does not tolerate water.
